Stuart at Work
Stuart has been in the “training game” for
over 20 years. He has seasoned sales experience as a
National Sales Manager for the Education Group as well
as the Divisional Sales Manager for Amway Australia.
In these sales management positions he successfully
managed large field teams throughout Australia. He recently
co-designed and delivered a nationwide consultative
sales training program for AGC Dealer and AGC Creditline.
In regards to training and management
experience, Stuart was the General Sales Manager for
Sutton’s City Holden. Second in Charge to the
Dealer Principle, he assisted in managing 180 people
and in laying groundwork for Sutton City’s current
success. During his time at Amway he helped write an
international manual that is used for New Market Development
and used by Stuart in both New Zealand and Indonesia.
In the last two years Stuart has also
run training for international clients in both Malaysia
and Spain. The information gained as a Senior Manager
at this level provides Stuart with a unique insight
to understand the practical abilities and strategies
for implementing successful training. He was also selected
in an international search to work with Saab in Sweden
in a global training initiative that completed last
year.
As a Master Sales Trainer & Designer,
he has worked with a number of organisations in Sydney
introducing them to our “Leadership in Action”
Program. Due to the improve results in customer satisfaction
and bottom-line efficiency, he has been requested to
deliver additional training this year.
Currently, Stuart works with leading
players in the Australian Market in the Automotive Industry
including: AGC Dealer, BMW Financial Services, Land
Rover, Holden to name a few. Because of his past expertise,
he was also selected by Holden to co-design and deliver
Consultative Sales & Consultative Service Training
to Holden Dealerships nationwide involving 17,000 staff.
He is also sought after by dealerships that wish to
improve their culture—as well as their Leadership
approach. Stuart views his role as empowering others
to make a difference in their approach to work and life.
