• Existing relationship focused client database
• Bring additional skill sets that can add value to the business
• Have a trail of evidence at work & in personal life
• Successfully accomplishing tasks in personal life
• 8-10 years work experience
• Worked in 2-3 organisations
• Have worked in different positions/roles
• Formal qualifications/accreditations - HBDI, MBTI, DiSC, TMS, LSI
• Genuine Rapport Builder
• Must have flexibility in the following - courses, time, offer a range of programs - eg Sales, Professional Development, Dealing with Difficult People, Customer Service
• Experience in both the Private & Public Sectors
• Flexibility in lifestyle or will have the flexibility - travel, organising workshops
• Preferred location: Brisbane
